Ground Air Start

APU BLEED air switch OFF

Engine No. 1 - Start (Normal Procs)

External Air - Disconnected
(Safety Hazard to ground personnel)

Engine Crossbleed Start

Engine BLEED air switches - ON

APU BLEED air switch - OFF

PACK switches - OFF

ISOLATION VALVE switch - AUTO

Engine thrust lever No. 1 (bleed duct pressure to indicate 30PSI)

Engine No. 2 - Start

PACK switches - OFF
